Mar 02 - Home Prices in 100 Chinese Cities Decreases MoM for Six Months


+       The average price of residential properties in 100 Chinese cities decreased 0.3% month-on-month in February to CNY 8,767 per square meter, decreasing for the six consecutive months. February’s decline is the largest since September 2011.
+       Data shows that the average price of residential properties in 10 major cities was CNY 15,516 per square meter in February, a 0.31% month-on-month decrease, 0.17 percentage point higher than the previous month.

The average sales price in 100 cities hit a six-month low in February.

Average housing prices fell month-on-month in 73 out of 100 cities.

Average housing prices dropped year-on-year in almost all of China’s 10 major cities.
