The average price
of residential properties in 100 Chinese cities decreased 0.3% month-on-month
in February to CNY 8,767 per square meter, decreasing for the six consecutive
months. February’s decline is the largest since September 2011.

Data shows that
the average price of residential properties in 10 major cities was CNY 15,516
per square meter in February, a 0.31% month-on-month decrease, 0.17 percentage
point higher than the previous month.
The average sales price in 100 cities hit a
six-month low in February.
Average
housing prices fell month-on-month in 73 out of 100 cities.
Average housing prices
dropped year-on-year in almost all of China’s 10 major cities.
