Feb 09 - Commercial Housing Sales Decreased 20.5% in Space in Zhejiang

+       The latest report from the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Statistics shows that in 2011, Zhejiang’s sold commercial housing covers a total space of 38.27 million square meters, a 20.5% decrease year-on-year.

+       Compared with the first quarter, first half and the first three quarters of 2011, this decrease percentage climbed 15, 12.1 and 5.2 points respectively.

+       From analysis of the statistics, residential housing sales dropped the most by 21.6%, followed by business-use housing’s 18.2%; while office building’s figure stood at 16.9%.
