Dec 19 - Home Prices in 49 Large and Medium Cities Fall MoM in November

+  Among the 70 large and medium sized cities surveyed by the National Bureau of Statistics, 49 saw month-on-month decline in the price of new commercially developed housing in November. The price in 16 cities remained unchanged.
+  The price of resold residential housing fell month-on-month in 51 cities, and remained unchanged in 12 cities.
