Dec 12 - Fiscal Surplus for November Almost RMB 500 Billion

+   China’s fiscal revenue in Nov. was RMB 645.73 billion, up by 10.6% or RMB 61.66 billion compared to the same month last year.
+   Fiscal expenditure in Nov. was RMB 1.13 trillion, up by 7.5% or RMB 79.65 billion compared to the same period last year.
+   Fiscal surplus for the month is therefore almost RMB 500 billion.
