Dec 02 - Average Home Prices Fall for the Third Consecutive Month

+   According to the November data of the China Real Estate Index, the average price of residential properties in 100 Chinese cities fell for the third consecutive month, with the rate of decline accelerating.
+   In Nov, the average home price in 100 cities was RMB 8,832 per square meter, down 0.28% MOM.
+   Further, the average home price in China’s 10 major cities was RMB 15,663 per square meter, down 0.36% MOM.

Accompanied by the drops in average price for 3 consecutive months is a new low of YoY growth in 6 months.
 
 

Average sales prices in the 10 big cities all saw negative MoM growth in November.
