According to the U.S. Department of the Treasury,
China held a total of USD 1.17 trillion U.S. treasury securities at the end of
March, 14.7 billion more than at the end of February.

China’s official foreign exchange reserve was USD
3.3 trillion in March, of which 35.4% was US treasuries.
US
treasury securities accounted for 35.39% of China’s foreign exchange reserves
in March.
