Xianzheng of the China Coal Industry Association (CNCA) said earlier that the
industry will implement measures to curb the unreasonable demand for coal,
actively promote coal production, and practice changes to control the total
amount of coal.

When
the new measures are implemented, the proportion of coal in the consumption of
primary energy will decrease from above 70% to about 65%.
